Erosion control & hydroseeding in West Virginia.
Utility-scale solar and large sitework across West Virginia: silt fence and perimeter controls to the state detail, hydroseeding with FGM and BFM on the slopes, SWPPP maintenance through the job.

The permit, the dirt, and what we've done there.
Permit. WVDEP's construction stormwater general permit follows the state E&S Best Management Practice Manual; steep topography means the slope-length tables drive most of the design.
Soils. Shallow, stony soils on steep slopes and reclaimed mine land with little or no topsoil. ProGanics and FGM earn their keep here; straw and seed alone rarely hold.
Work. Utility-scale solar work in West Virginia in 2026 on reclaimed and steep ground. See recent sites.
